Living a thousand lives isn’t achievable, but it is possible through reading. Reading takes you to the places we don’t know and the places we can’t imagine. It helps you to understand experiences on a new level and from a million different perspectives. It is the best way into another person’s mind; seeing the world from another point of view helps you to learn and grow. Books take you on an adventure.

Reading has so many benefits to your health and your life. Reading helps strengthen your memory. It keeps your brain young and helps to prevent diseases. Studies have shown that people who read and engage in more creative activities are less likely to develop Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
