Katelynn Orndoff is a freshman and a hitter on the Jefferson-Morgan Volleyball Team.

Katelynn was asked why she decided to participate in volleyball, she answered, “I love playing the sport.” Volleyball has many difficult aspects to different people, but Katelynn it is all about her setting. “Setting is the hardest thing about volleyball, because I am not the best at it but if I keep practicing I will get my achievement.”

Orndoff also has goals for the season, which are to set better than she does now. She had an older cousin, Megan, that played when Katelynn was younger, which inspired her to participate. She is looking forward to the Carmichaels game, because they are the biggest rivals.

Katelynn was asked what makes a great volleyball player, she said, “someone who is nice to everyone, a leader, and corrects people on their mistakes.”
