Ian Wolfe is a senior who wrestled for 5 years total.

He wrestled both of his middle school years and 3 years in high school. Wolfe’s dad is his inspiration for wrestling. Ian said, “My dad because he said how fun it was.” Ian’s grandfather also wrestled, just like him and his dad, in high school.

Wolfe was asked which matches he prefers most. Ian said home because he loves to wrestle here, and for his fans and family. He also prepares a lot in the off season.

Wolfe prepares by training, lifting, and just working hard. Last season Ian had an impressive 32-11 record. Last year Wolfe won the section match against McGuffey, and the whole team won the section title.
