December is one of my favorite months of the year. It is one of my favorite months because I get to be with my family, get to open gifts, and it is just a really happy time of the year. My family and I have a few get-togethers in the month of December. For example, on Christmas Eve my family and I all meet at my aunt’s house for a gift exchange. For the gift exchange, the way we pick a person’s name is we pick a name out of a cup at Thanksgiving. After the gift exchange is done, we just hang out and eat food. Another time we have a get together is on Christmas Day. After opening our presents on Christmas Day, my family and I go to my other aunts house for a Christmas feast. While we are there we hang out and have a good time. The next get together we have is at my grandparents house. When we get there we are just exhausted from all the food we ate at my aunt’s house. While there we just talk and hang out. The last place we have to go to is my other grandparents. That is when we are all tired and we’ve had enough food for the day.
