It has come to that point in the year where school is coming to an end. So many tests, papers, worksheets, and finals are piled onto students during this last month. It can be quite overwhelming, but students have to stick through it all and strive for the finish. Finals have always been a stressful thing for students, whether those students are in high school or college.

Essay upon essay, test upon test, and project after project are all students worry about when the school year comes to an end. The excitement from being done with school for the summer or graduating high school can collide with finals in a harsh way. Students are happy that the year is ending, but then get so stressed over finals that are due. This last month can be very harsh on students, but that does not mean students should give up when the finish line is right in front of them!

Students should find means of calming themselves down when they become stressed over finals. Whether that is creating a schedule to figure out the times to work on each final, talking a walk, or even listening to music for a little bit. Students becoming so stressed could affect how they do on their finals. It is good for students to not stress over their final tests, essays, and projects because it could help their grade on them!

I have not come to a point where I can say I have become stressed because of finals. I try to stay calm and work as hard as I can on them all in order to receive a good grade. Hopefully I can remain this calm about the rest of my finals when they come around.
