The Jefferson Morgan junior high boys basketball team kicked off their season by winning their first four out of five games.  It is clear these kids came into this season ready to work and become better from last year.

The team is led by 8th graders Tah’Jere Jacobs, Josh Wise, Colt Fowler, and Joshua Jacobs and that’s not it. This year the team has strength in numbers with Caden Maskil and younger guys like Cole Jones and Troy Wright.

Team captain Tah’Jere Jacobs said, “We knew we had the potential to be a good team this year, we just all have to be on the same page and keep working together. Wins will come from working hard.”
