Jadon O’ Neal is a sophmore and a member of the basketball team.

O’Neal plays the position of shooting guard. O’Neal really enjoys the position. He stated that one part of the position he would like to improve on is his shooting ability. O’Neal said even though he wants to work on his shooting ability and range he would like to improve on the other aspect of the game.

O’Neal stated “ I enjoy basketball and love the feeling when I know I improve at the game”.

O’Neal also takes part in summer camps and leagues. He goes to many different college camps for basketball. O’Neal also competes in AAU Next Level Hoops. O’Neal enjoys the experiences he receives at these camps and leagues.

O’Neal said “ I plan on taking part in these same leagues in the future and hopefully one or two more as well”.

O’Neal’s main goal to achieve by the end of this season is to improve his shooting. He has picked it for his main goal because he feels there is always room to improve any of his shots. O’Neal was told “ Work hard and don’t slack off”. O’Neal plans on playing his hardest this season to imrpove his game. O’Neal said “ I have chosen this goal because no one is a perfect shooter and everyone needs to work on it in my opinion”. 

O’Neal looks up to Jalen Torres a fellow guard. O’Neal looks up to Jalen because he is a great leader on for the team. O’Neal also enjoys playing with all of his fellow teammates as well.

“I look up to Jalen because he is a good basketball player and he tries to get everyone to be the best they can be on the court” O’Neal stated.

O’Neal plans on staying active in this sport throughout high school. O’Neal also plans on training for next season at local basketball courts and gyms.
