    Katrina Schmole is a junior cheerleader for the Jefferson Morgan Rockets.

    Schmolke has been cheering for nine years now. The reason she started cheer-leading in the first place is because she always watched the other girls and it looked really fun.

    “My favorite memory was this year. I was on Homecoming Court and it just so happened that we won the game and I got to do the touchdown dance in my Homecoming outfit. It was so much fun,” said Katrina Schmolke.

    Her favorite part of cheering is the relationships she has made throughout the years. Also. she loves dancing under the Friday night lights. Katrina prefers to cheer for football because she like to be outside on the field.

    “One person that inspires me to cheer is my mom. She always pushes me to be the best I can be,” said Schmolke.

    Schmolke prefers home game over away games because she is use to the field. Lastly, her favorite cheer is, Do It, because it is high pace and she loves the music.
