Lilian Ladisic is a sophomore and a member of the varsity cheerleading squad.

After cheering for nine years, Lily has become an outstanding cheerleader. She works hard at every practice to gain the strength and ability that her position as a varsity flyer takes. Her favorite thing about cheerleading is stunting because of the sense of accomplishment she gets after the team learns a new stunt.

“My favorite thing about cheer is the stunting because it is hard to achieve a stunt, so when my group does, it is very exciting.” Ladisic said.

Since the beginning of the season, the cheerleaders have made so many good memories. Lily’s favorite one this year is camp because she and the girls became closer and gained skills.

“My favorite memory is from cheer camp,” said Ladisic “because we all bonded, and learned new skills.”

After nine years of cheering, Ladisic has gained so much experience, and wants to share her advice with potential JM cheerleaders.

“If you are willing to put in the time and effort, cheer is a lot of fun, and you should definitely try it out.” said Ladisic.

Ladisic and the rest of her squad are excited to see what the rest of this year brings them and hope to make many more fantastic memories.
